Jacobs Holding AG has a two-tier organizational structure comprised of the Board of Directors and the Management. The Board of Directors is the ultimate decision-making body in the company, and bears responsibility for the long-term success of Jacobs Holding AG. As such, it oversees and guides Jacobs Holding AG senior management in the fulfilment of the company’s vision, mission and strategy.
Jacobs Holding AG Management comprises a COO (Chief Operating Officer), two investment managers, a financial controller, a treasurer and a corporate secretary.
The Management Team is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day investment managment as well as for the implementation of the company's vision, mission and strategy.
